Regular Membership: Open to all Labrador Retriever enthusiasts who agree to our code of ethics
Breeder Membership: For those actively breeding Labradors who meet our breeding standards
Associate Membership: For those who live outside Florida but wish to support our mission
Junior Membership: For youth under 18 who are passionate about Labradors
All members must agree to our code of ethics, which includes:
• Commitment to responsible breeding practices (for breeders)
• Health testing of breeding dogs according to club standards
• Proper care and socialization of puppies
• Lifetime support for puppy buyers
• Adherence to AKC breed standards
• Commitment to the betterment of the breed
• Sportsmanlike conduct at all dog events
• Respect for fellow members and the club's reputation
Step 1: Submit membership application with sponsor recommendations
Step 2: Application review by membership committee
Step 3: Interview with club representatives (if required)
Step 4: Membership vote by club members
Step 5: Welcome and orientation for new members
Membership dues help support club activities, educational programs, and events. Contact us for current dues structure.
New members must be sponsored by two current club members in good standing. If you don't know current members, we can help connect you with potential sponsors who share your interests.
